Together with PME, Hellon designed the PME Compass, a digital platform that consolidates fragmented data into a single, intuitive, and transparent dashboard. Artists now have real-time insight into royalty streams, listener demographics, production costs, and projected income. PME Records employees use PME Compass to manage their entire artist roster and provide personalised, data-driven support.
The project was grounded in human-centred service design. The process began with collaborative vision work, artist interviews, and value-driver mapping to ensure that the platform was built from real needs, not assumptions. Prototypes were tested and refined with artists and the PME Records team before evolving into a fully functioning, scalable platform.
