Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end design: Plan and execute design processes from initial user understanding and business requirements to concept or operating model development and implementation. Translate complex user and business data into actionable insights.
  • Business alignment: Balance human-centricity with business viability, ensuring that designed experiences drive measurable impact.
  • Project management: Take ownership of project workstreams, ensuring tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and to Hellon’s high-quality standards.

We promise you a journey full of learning experiences! You’ll work alongside talented colleagues, and we prioritize the support of more senior colleagues to help you grow. You will have the opportunity to work on international projects with leading global brands. You won't just be doing design; you'll be working on meaningful challenges that have a real-world scale and impact.

We offer you a permanent position in an international and growing company. While we support flexible remote work practices, we also value in-person collaboration at our Hakaniemi office, where we work closely together to drive results. The salary range for this role is €3900-4400/month, depending on your previous experience and skills.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Service / Business design expertise: A few years of practical experience in service / business design, especially in user-centric design methodologies and business modeling
  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in both Finnish and English. You are comfortable navigating different organizational levels and managing multiple stakeholders at the same time.
  • Impact-driven mindset: A proven ability to link design decisions to business goals and customer value.
  • Project management skills: A structured and organized approach to work, with the independence to manage project tasks while knowing when to seek support.
  • Proactivity and self-leadership skills: A self-starting mindset with the ability to take ownership of workstreams and drive projects forward independently while actively seeking opportunities to deliver impact.
  • Curiosity & growth mindset: A genuine passion for learning and exploring new tools and ways of working. You are eager to stay at the forefront of AI development and integrate emerging technologies into the design process to enhance creativity and efficiency.
