What you'll be doing

As a Service Design Intern, you’ll be part of our talented team, supporting client and internal projects from day one. You’ll get hands-on experience and grow your skills in:

  • Conducting user research to understand people’s needs, behaviours and challenges
  • Turning insights into clear opportunities and design directions
  • Co-creating ideas and visualising service concepts, journeys, and blueprints
  • Supporting workshops, prototyping, and testing new ideas
  • Crafting compelling presentations that tell the story behind your work
  • Learning and applying service design methods and tools with mentorship from experienced designers

We offer you a 6 months, full-time paid internship in an international and growing company. While we support flexible remote work practices, we also value in-person collaboration at our Clerkenwell office, where we work closely together to drive results.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is studying or has studied Service Design, Strategic Design, or Innovation Design (or something similar)
  • Has a positive, proactive mindset and loves learning new things
  • Is both creative and analytical and, can work well solo or in a team
  • Feels excited by a fast-paced environment, working across multiple industries and projects
  • Is eligible to work full-time in the UK (unfortunately, we can't offer sponsorship)
