We’re an award-winning innovation and transformation consultancy operating at the intersection of global business management, service design and digital service development. We are a community of nearly 100 experts located in London, Helsinki, and Oulu.
Alongside our own team, we work with a trusted network of freelance designers across a range of assignments — some are full-time (100% allocation) and run for the long haul, others are shorter, more focused projects. If you're a freelancer who'd like to collaborate with us when the right assignment comes up, we'd love to get to know you.
We are especially interested in hearing from:
- Service Designers — end-to-end thinkers who can turn complex user and business insight into concepts, operating models and measurable impact.
- Product Designers — designers who can operate independently at both strategic and execution level, with a track record of shipping work that moved real business metrics.
- UX/UI Designers — craft-focused designers who combine sharp interaction design with excellent visual execution, and who can evolve an existing design system where it serves the experience.
Across all of these, we value people who are highly collaborative, confident partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, and able to represent design thinking clearly to non-designers.
Because of the nature of our client projects, Finnish language skills are usually a requirement, and assignments often involve on-site presence with the client in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
