Lead AI Consultant- Helsinki

Now we are looking for a Lead AI Consultant to join our Helsinki team!

As Lead AI Consultant, you help organizations navigate their AI and innovation journey, from strategy and experimentation to human-centered implementation. We are looking for a senior consultant who combines a strong understanding of AI’s technological possibilities, data and AI architectures, and business development.

In this role you help our clients identify, design and put into practice impactful AI solutions. You work at the interface of business and technology, and you know how to turn strategic goals into feasible AI solutions and operating models. You will take independent responsibility for demanding client engagements and collaborate in international, multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Advising clients on AI transformation, data and AI strategies, and the development of technological capabilities
  • Identifying, assessing and prioritizing business-driven AI use cases, and planning their implementation
  • Planning and guiding AI experiments, pilots and deployments in collaboration with technical experts
  • Developing new services, processes and ways of working enabled by AI

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in AI, data, technology consulting or business development
  • Hands-on experience in designing, developing or implementing Agentic AI solutions in organizations
  • Enough technical understanding to work smoothly with AI developers, data specialists and architects. Programming skills are not required, but agentic development experience is valued (Claude Code, Copilot Studio, Codex/OpenAI platform, Lovable etc.)
  • Understanding AI solution architectures, data utilization, integrations and technical implementation options
  • Strong grasp of AI strategy, process automation and design thinking
  • Familiarity with AI governance requirements and the ability to turn them into operating models
  • Ability to discuss the business benefits and technological constraints of AI with both business leaders and technical experts, and to advise leadership teams
  • An independent, consultative way of working and the ability to make decisions, bring people along and drive initiatives to completion
  • Fluent Finnish and English, and readiness to work in international client projects
