Growth & Partnerships Manager - London

Now, we are looking for a Growth & Partnership Manager to join our team in London.
As Growth & Partnership Manager at Hellon, you will play a key role in expanding our service design and digital service development business in the London market by building new client relationships and strategic partnerships.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our London office in Farringdon.
Key Responsibilities:
- New business and growth: Proactively generate new opportunities including prospecting, outreach, booking meetings, and meeting potential clients with a focus on medium and large organisations.
- Client and partnership development: Build, manage, and nurture relationships with a growing portfolio of clients and selected partners, ensuring their needs are met through our service capabilities.
- Opportunity shaping: Work with our consultants to shape proposals, scopes and commercial models that create value for both clients and Hellon.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (consulting, operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure excellent client experiences and to continuously develop our offering and go-to-market.

The base salary for this role is £45,000–£55,000 per annum, depending on experience and career level, complemented by an attractive sales-based bonus model. To support your onboarding, we offer a guaranteed bonus for the first three months of employment.
We are looking for someone who has
- A proven track record in B2B growth / business development, preferably within service design, innovation, or digital services
- Strong experience in both new business acquisition and developing existing client relationships
- A strategic mindset with the ability to understand market dynamics, client needs and how Hellon’s capabilities create value
- A commercially minded, proactive personality combined with a genuine passion for great client experiences
