At Hellon, human-centricity and technology are not opposing forces - they are a part of every day life at an AI-native consultancy. People define the direction, purpose and value of transformation. AI and technology create new possibilities for delivering it faster and at scale.

Our management consultants, strategic service designers, change experts and researchers work as one team with software engineers, product designers, data scientists, product managers, AI architects and technical leaders. Together, they help organisations make better decisions, build better solutions and bring people with them through change.

Our purpose is to help organisations navigate complex environments, to create positive, measurable change by bringing humans, business ambition and technology together. We call it Human-Centric AI Transformation.

We work in an environment where we are free to be who we are, not judged and unbiased. We celebrate an equal workplace where competitiveness and ambition are healthy and where we are driven by teamwork.

We build on meaningful connections with other Hellonians. Our environment is honest and trusting with deep appreciation towards each other. At Hellon we promise you a journey full of learning experiences and the ability to grow into what you see as the best version of you.
