Now, we are looking for a Transformation Lead to join our team in Helsinki!

As a Transformation Lead at Hellon, you will play a key role in expanding our strategic design and digital development business by bridging the gap between future foresight, newest technologies, human needs and tangible business results. As a visionary thinker and trusted advisor, you lead customer-centric transformation with a human-centred approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client growth & business development: Drive value and business growth within accounts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in client relationships.
  • Account strategy: Build a deep understanding of clients' business strategy, organisation, and decision-making structures — and translate this into focused, evolving account plans.
  • Complex stakeholder management & client relationships: Develop trusted, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Facilitation & workshops: Lead meetings, working sessions, and workshops with sensitivity to both client and team needs.

Why Hellon?

Our organizational culture is built on a human-to-human ideology – genuine connection and empathy are at the core. Moreover, our values guide our work: Be Ambitionary, Change Hearts and Numbers, Dare to Care and Spark Joy.

We promise you a journey full of learning experiences! You’ll work alongside talented colleagues, and you will have the opportunity to work on international projects with leading global brands. You'll be working on meaningful challenges that have a real-world scale and impact.

We offer you a permanent position in an international and growing company. While we support flexible remote work practices, we also value in-person collaboration at our Hakaniemi office, where we work closely together to drive results. The salary range for this role is €5400-6500/month, depending on your previous experience and skills. The role includes a monthly sales bonus based on revenue generated.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Strategic consulting expertise: Solid experience (min. 7 years) in strategic consulting or customer-centric business development, with a track record of delivering transformation work that creates measurable impact.
  • Commercial mindset: Strong business acumen and a strategic approach to growing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and communicating service offerings in terms of customer KPIs.
  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in both Finnish and English. You are comfortable navigating different organizational levels and managing multiple stakeholders at the same time.
  • Project leadership: Experience framing and overseeing complex projects end-to-end, with the confidence to inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Curiosity & growth mindset: A genuine passion for learning and exploring new tools and ways of working. You are eager to stay at the forefront of AI development and integrate emerging technologies into your work to enhance creativity and efficiency.
