Sales Manager - Helsinki
We’re an award-winning innovation consultancy operating at the intersection of global business management, service design, and digital service development. We are a community of 100 experts located in London, Helsinki, and Oulu. Now, we are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Helsinki!
As a Sales Manager at Hellon, you will play a key role in expanding our digital service design and development business in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Helsinki office in Hakaniemi.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales development: Proactively generate new sales opportunities, including prospecting, booking meetings, and meeting new customers.
- Building and managing client accounts: Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with a growing portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met through our service capabilities.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (production, operations, marketing, etc.) to deliver excellent customer experiences and continuously develop our offering.

The base salary for this role is €5,000/month, complemented by an attractive sales-based bonus model. To support your onboarding, we offer a guaranteed bonus for the first six months of employment.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within digital services development
- Strong experience in both new business acquisition and client account management
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
- A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- A sales-oriented personality combined with a genuine passion for customer service excellence
