Business Designer - Hellon Helsinki

You are a visionary strategic thinker with the passion to deliver business impact through outstanding customer experiences. You have experience of redesigning and optimizing organizational structures and processes to enable customer value creation. You are a trusted advisor driven by customer-centric operations and you are no stranger to presenting ideas to senior stakeholders and C-level in order to create impact. You act as an ambassador of company culture and get inspired by people around you.

In order to master in this role, you have:
  • Solid experience in strategic consulting, customer-centric business development or other relevant area of consulting with the ability to create an impact that will take future businesses forward
  • Experience in the financial and/or insurance sector is an asset as well as inhouse experience of process development and system renewals in large organizations
  • A good understanding of our customers’ business and strategy and the ability to work as the trusted advisor for your customers providing added value in each encounter
  • Excellent business acumen and a strong strategic and commercial approach to discover new growth opportunities for the customer supported by business case and viability analysis
  • Ability to fluently communicate service offerings and link these directly to customers’ key performance indicators
  • Track record of successfully delivering strategic transformation work for customers with demonstrated results and impact
  • Experience in framing and overseeing projects and taking a holistic responsibility that ensures excellent final deliverables
  • Inbuilt leaderships skills and the ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and facilitation skills
  • A genuine interest for constant personal development
  • Fluent Finnish and English skills
  • Passion to work in a creatively driven agency environment

  • Deliver value and business growth for our customers as the Trusted Advisor within accounts and projects
  • Take a leadership role in developing new business by identifying growth opportunities within existing customers
  • Gain in-depth understanding of your customers’ business strategy, service offerings, organization, processes, and decision-making structures and based on these systematically drive your projects to create value for the customer
  • Develop close relationships with customers and other key stakeholders
  • Facilitate meetings, working sessions and workshops with sensitivity to customer and team needs
  • Utilize the combination of strong analytical ability and creative thinking to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and customer touch points
